Hi I was wondering why my nissan altima would be leaking. It doesnt leak from the top gasket or the oil pan. It has a dripping flow when you rev it up to 2 rpms and beyond. It will leak from the large pulley and down on to the oil pan.
thanks matthew

Hi there,

this will be the front crankshaft oil seal, it is behind that pulley, with the pulley removed the seal can be pryed out and a new seal inserted, just make sure that whoever dosed this makes sure that the seal surface on the harmonic balancer(front pulley) is not grooved as if it is, the new seal may start leaking again.
