1999 Nissan Altima cooling fans

120,000 MILES • 4 CYL • FWD • AUTOMATIC

the 2 cooling fans do not come on. i checked the fuses/breakers. removed the wiring harnesses and the fans work wiring them direct to the battery. please advise!
checked relays-ok. is there some way to check the coolant sensor without removing it? thanks for the help!

check for faulty cooling fan relay and check engine coolant temp. sensor.
