None of the power windows and locks work

None of my power windows or power door locks are working. I checked the fuse in the box next to the battery marked windows, and it checked out OK. None of the fuses under the dash are marked windows or locks.
Any suggestions?

Check fuse 8, 24 with a test light. Also remove the breaker (silver bar) and test for power on one side of it. Looks like fuse 8 is involved with the windows and locks. If no power at breaker, then the smart entrance control module can be out.
