1997 Nissan Altima Power Windows

Hello,

What would cause all four windows in an Altima to not work? We tried replacing the main switch on driver's door, but that did not help. Is there a fuse to check? Is so, where is it located?

I did not see a fuse on this, only the 2 relays.
