1995 Nissan Altima car dies

just changed oil and oil filter and spark plugs. When I go to start car it will turn on. Then when I want to take off it dies out. What could be the solution to this problem? Does it have anything to do with catilstic converter?

Was it doing that before you changed the oil and plugs? If not double check your work. Do a backpressure test on the exhaust system to rule out the catalytic converter pressure over 3psi is no good.
