1993 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Automatic

The car has a squeaking sound when you turn to either sides, especially if the car is cold. it squeaks until the car start to go straight. if you can please tell me what it is. If it has something, how hard is it to install the part, and how much?

Hi there, this may just be a power steering belt that needs adjusting or replacing, also check the P/steer oil level.
