1991 Nissan pick up

I have A 91 nissan pick up 2.4 liter KA24E motor around one hundred thousand miles. I have put A new head on this motor. The motor idels fine but when you drive it above 3000 rpm it wants to stall and sputter like it is out of time. I have checked the timing and adjusted the timing but it will not run above 3000 rpm. Please advise me on where else to look.

Check the fuel presure and the throttle position sensor and airflow meter
