1990 Nissan 240SX I dont no whats going on with my car

1990 nissan 240sx ka24e manul trans

ok so I can drive my car but it will cut out every now and then im able to some what rev my engine when it does to try and save it with the clutch in. My engine has power my car has power just wont do anything the RPMs sputter I guess you could say. When it cutts out

i replaced the fuel pump thinking it was a fuel problem but then it did it again, when it cuts out in gear its like my engine has power but my wheels dont, il lhave to shut my car off and wait about min. 5 mins befor it will start up
it turns over but wont start, if it hasnt bin long enough and I have power I can light my dash, listion to music ext.

could it be bad plugs and wires, rotor and cap
could it be my ingectors need to be cleaned

any ideas? Hope this makes sence
