Fuel pump swap?

They obviously don't make parts anymore. My mechanic believes it's the fuel pump; it's leaking tons of coolant to where I'm putting it in everyday, it has a crack head? I think that's what he said. Is there any way to fix it with parts from a different car or a new engine? It will quit running anytime. It's almost to the point of overheating.

Which engine does it have? There are likely parts available for it as they used the engines in multiple vehicles.
