I drove it yesterday and parked it then the starter wouldn't engage. New battery as of last Friday. I have power to everything. Turn the key over nothing. Tried bypassing off the solenoid won't turn over. Replaced the starter same thing.

Hello,

If you are not getting any clicks or any other noise while trying to start, it could be due to a bad ignition switch.
A worn-out ignition switch will be unable to make contact during the start and that can lead to no start and no noise.

Just to make sure, is your security light illuminated? A triggered security light will also prevent the vehicle from starting.

I have attached diagrams below for your reference.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.

Found out it's the Pats anti-theft that has it locked up. My van doesn't have a key fob or a chip on the key. How can I reset it?

Try disconnecting the battery and wait few minutes and then reconnect.

If these manual methods do not fix the issue, the last resort would be to have the dealer reset the system. Many times locksmiths are able to do that as well. You will need the immobilizer code (which the dealership can provide) in order for the lock smith to use and reset.
