New AC compressor clutch out

Compressor turns on and off when over 2000 rpm. Can kind of feel it while driving. But no scratching like before. Low side 25 psi and high side 250

Low side is low. At 2k does the low side drop off more.

Yes. The low pressure switch shuts down the system when the low pressure hits 20 lbs.

That indicates a bad expansion valve.

Can't be. The orifice tube and condenser are maybe a month old. I probably just measured it wrong.

The gauge is accurate.

Yes, it can be. If the tube is defective or clogged, it will do this.

Take the readings again and post a picture of the gauges at 2k.

The pressure is also in the 20's before 2k.
