Turn it around and look at the terminal layout. See if it matches any in the drawing below. A real common one is shown in the upper left, but I don't think Ford used that style yet in '89. To look up the part number, you need to specify the circuit or system it is used in.

The easier alternative is to visit any pick-your-own-parts salvage yard and get the original matching one. You can also take the original one to any auto parts store and they'll match it up to a new one. There can be dozens of different part numbers that are all for the same relay, so don't be surprised if you get a new one with a different number.

Yeah, my bad, they are for the EEC, or ECM not for sure which one my truck has. And also, the Fuel Pump relay.
And as far as the picture no, unfortunately not...
These relays are long and only control specific things they can't be interchanged. Like those little square black or silver ones lol.... That's why I'm having such a time trying to figure them out. I thank you for your time on the fast and speedy response.

I tried looking up various part numbers for you, but the only one I could find is F8PZ14N135BA for the EEC ignition system. I had better luck on the Rock Auto site. Look under "Electrical - Switch and Relay" and find the relay you're after. Then, if you click on the little blue "Info" box on the left of each choice, it will go to a page that tells about that part. At the lower right they include a whole list of part numbers their part will replace.
