I got this car a couple of months ago. The first time I started it the radio/navigation worked. Next time it did not. Checked fuses and even swapped radio, still nothing. Any ideas?

What happens when you try to use it? Does it not power on or just no operation? Maybe get a video of what it is doing so we can get on the same page. Depending on what it is doing it could be a wiring issue or something else. Also, when you swapped radios did you get a replacement or just another one from another car? Was it the same part number?

Nothing happens. No light, sound or anything. The radio is used, same model and the chances of 2 doing the exact same thing is rare. This car has radio, navigation, DVD and CD. It also has a Bose amp and a Motorola one too. It has to be a power issue. But where do I start?

Okay. That is what I was going towards. I agree that the issue is most likely power. I attached the wiring diagrams which show the power feeds for the radio. We can check the radio/Onstar fuse in the rear fuse block which is under the rear seat. If the Onstar system is not working either then this is where you start.

If not, then we need to check power at the radio and find out if we have a wiring issue. Basically if you have power on the fuse but nothing at the radio it would have to be a wiring issue.
