The column shifter has rotated downward

My truck listed above is a c1500. Where reverse should be, park is and so on. Because of this my key will no longer go into the lock position on the steering column. Sorry for the awful explanation but I honestly have no idea how to describe this problem.

If you go under the vehicle and locate the shift cable on the drivers side of the transmission there is a plastic tab in the side of the cable near where it presses on. Pop that tab out and it will release the cable. Go in the truck and put the shifter in park and then put that tab back in the cable.
