My truck wants to shut off when you put your foot on the gas and take it off

The truck wants to shut off at 1500 rpm's. It is not vacuum I changed all of them and it is not fuel filter changed it too.

Check for a vacuum leak under TBI unit they loved to blow the gasket at front/back then check fuel pressure with a gauge 9-11 psi.
