Engine overheating

It misfires, it leaks water, the engine was changed two years now. The car overheated and smoked coming out. There is no A/C in the car. I am not sure what to do.

Hello,

There could be any number of reasons for the issues you are having. Let's take a look at the overheating issue.
Generally speaking, an engine can overheat due to having a stuck closed thermostat, being low on coolant, faulty water pump, in operative radiator fan, bad radiator or even having any clog or restriction in the coolant lines.

You mentioned that you are getting smoke out of the tailpipes. What color is the smoke?
White smoke out of the tailpipe could mean a blown head gasket.
