My manual windows are stiff and won't open

The manual windows in my car won't open. I've tried spraying WD40 around the winder but that didn't work.

I suggest removing the door panels and lube the linkage if you have it. Let oil soak for a few days and see if that fixes it. Spray in window regulator area as well.
