I wired a new starter in and I wired it wrong. So when I to start the car and it tried twice then everything went out. Now my dash will not turn back on, but my headlights and interior lights work.

When it was wired wrong did the fusible link blow, do you have it wiring correctly now? Here is a starter wiring diagrams so you can confirm the correct wiring.

Here is a guide to help you test the fusible link make sure there is power on both sides.
