Knocking noise

So my car is making noise. I just had the rockers changed three months ago, before I had the rockers arms changed it was making a knocking noise right now it came back but it is louder and it sounds like a trailer, lol. Today when I applied gas it sounds louder. What can I do?

If possible, upload the audio so I can hear it. In the interim, take a look through this link to see if anything mirrors what you are experiencing. Also, since you just had the work done three months ago, have you contacted the shop that did the work? Also, can you let me know if it is a knocking sound, ticking or something different? Plus, open the hood and see if you can tell approximately where the noise is coming from.
