Engine shuts off

The engine either go off while in motion or after traveling about 7km. At times the security light comes up and becomes difficult to start ignition. What could be the problem?

We need to start with checking for codes. I suspect you will have something related to the security system. However, I don't think the security system is causing the vehicle to shut off. That sounds more like a crank sensor issue.

Let's start with checking for codes and go from there. If you cannot pull codes yourself, then most parts stores will do it free of charge.
