My 1996 z28 Camaro LS1 won't start

MY car won't start. The power and everything works, but when I try to start the engine. It makes a vacuum noise and the engine doesn't try to turn or anything. I have no clue whats going on. I drove the car multiple times today, then when I tried to start it up last it happened. I recently bought the car and it has been running great up until this. Please get back to me asap.

You may need another key as the anti theft may be set. Check battery for condition including load test. Check for a vacuum leak like hoses off etc. I tmay be needed to scan for codes and check fuel pressure however
