Car hesitates and jerks when driving

Replaced the fuel filter and plugs along with air filter.
Car hesitates and jerks when driving. Rpm's drop to 500 when stopped or slowing down. It smells like it's burning rich. Guy says it could be coil pack or injectors. Code p0304 came up even after replaced parts. And it runs worse now then before. Check engine lights on and anti-theft just came on today along with a jumpy speedometer and stuck fuel gauge.

It sounds like one or more of the spark plugs is damaged on installation. Also, did you use AC Delco, did you do the spark plug wires? I have also seen the ignition control module go out on these cars. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

Can you remove the spark plugs and double check them while we do a compression test? here is a guide:
