Mounting smaller tires onto my van

I currently have the correct tire size on my van. 215/70R15. However, all tires need to be replaced ASAP. I cannot afford to get new tires at the moment but have found some for an affordable price that are only slightly smaller. 195/70R15. If I were to mount the smaller tires onto my minivan would it cause any obstruction or damage?

I cannot think of any damage being caused. The only thing is maybe the speedometer might be off a few miles per hour by the tires being a slightly smaller size. Hope this helps and please feel free to ask any questions if needed. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
