1999 Ford Windstar '99 Windstar Steering Wheel Not Straight

Steering problem
1999 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The steering wheel on my van has always been a touch off. The torch converter was recently replaced. When I am driving straight the top center of my steering wheel has now become the left center. How can we fix this?

Have the vehicle alignment checked. Alignment needs to be performed after transmission work done because the engine frame cradle has to be removed to replace the torque converter thus messing up the alignment
