Had to change a rear freeze plug. After reinstalling transmission engine wont turn by hand to get the other three nuts on torque converter. I have taken the plugs out, I am pretty sure nothing is binding. What is up?

Pull transmission back out and see if torque converter is in all the way probably not and causing binding. Also see if engine will turn over after transmisson is pulled back. By hand of course.

I have done that already, I do not understand I was able to turn by hand to get the torque converter nuts off. I have one but on, so could the torque converter still not be seated correctly?

Yes they have like two cogs on it and if it is not seated and turned it can break the oil pump. You will hear it when it goes in do back and forth then move it around and wiggle it they can be hard to get in. It should be about two inches back from where engine bolts on transmission case.
