Is the Passenger Side Motor Mount Bad?

2016 kia Sedona has had a jouncy feeling for a little while. I tried replacing the front struts and that didn't really make a major difference. I looked at the motor mount on the passenger side. The rubber is poking out the bottom and when I press into it I can go one knuckle deep before it gets hard to do.

Yep, it sounds like you found the problem, also, if you raise the hood and have a helper start the engine while you watch, then have the helper put the car in drive then reverse with their foot on the brake the engine should move a little but not a lot, if so you can tell the mounts are bad. I would loke at the torque mount as well, these go out often. Here is an image of what I am talking about. Check out the images (below).
