1991 Other Mitsubishi Models idles great, pulsates while ACC

This is a 1991 Mighty Nax 2.4
I was jumping another vehicle and crossed battery and ground momentarily. Since then, the rpms raise and lower as I accelerate and the check engine light comes on. The trouble code reads Idle control motor sensor or throttle control sensor or harness problems.
I tested all the functions and harnesses and every thing seems to be woking properly.
I can sometimes drive as much as 5 miles with no problem, then, it starts pulsatng and the check engine light comes on again with the same code.
Does any one have any ideas?

If you had your vehicle running when you were jumping the other vehicle, by the codes you have, you probably blew the throttle position sensor. With this sensor bad, the ECM is guessing how fast you want to go and will surge. Hope this helps.
