We recently replaced brake pads as well as rotors
in front, but there seems to be a metal grinding
noise in front driver side, they also continued to
replace the caliper as well as the bracket, but there is
still a continous metal grinding sound, at this point
what is left to check out.

do you have brake dust shields? if so then it could have a bend in it somewhere allowing it to slightly rub against the rotors.
