I bought this car last year, and it was wonderful at first then the problems started. I bought it for $3800 and put close to $9000 into it tryin to keep it running, right now the idel is really ruff, when it does decide to start for me it drive like its has lost power cause it doesnt have the pick-up it used to have, it has bad misfiring, and I put it on my hand-held computer and it reads the random misfire code p0300. I just got it tuned-up, new spark plugs, and an oil change. After I drive it for a couple of days the oil smells alot like gas. So could someone please let me know what to do about my problem?

My tech told me about a service bulletin on a point near yours. He said that it may need a new flash load to the pcm. I had a cylinder misfire and after getting the rotor, dist cap and wires changed I have had poorer performance-AC delco made it wat worse. My automatic would climb in 3rd to 115 real quick, now with oem replacement it stops at 105ish and fourth is not as brisk. I think I need to try a flash, but no Mitsu dealers within 100 miles of me.
