Electrical problem
1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

ok, my alternator went bad, pushing to many volts, so now my windows rpm gauge, speedo, gas gauge don't work now. Ive checked fuses under dash all appear fine, then I check the relays those seem it be fine swapping them with good ones, what could this problem be.

Hi jason350z,

Thank you for the donation.

The only thing common among the components listed is the ground circuit connection behind the combination meters.

Test for battery voltage at Blue/Black wire of power window main switch, terminal # 8. If battery voltage is avaiable, use a wire to ground the Black wire, terminal # 2 and if the power windows works, check the ground circuit connectio behind combination meter.

The grounding point is behind the dash but testing can be done by pulling the main switch out from the door panel.
