1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse Clutch

My clutch is having a hard time getting into the Gears, I basically have to double clutch everytime I shift. Is this Normal? It feels like the gears dont wanna go in there spots, and this is with my foot all the way to floor on the clutch

No its not normal
have to have it checked before damaging the tranny
check slave cylinder and clutch fluid
suspect need a clutch if all OK
