1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse cooling

Fan works both fans actually temp went from 1/2 between cold and hot to 3/4 between cold and hot. Then dropped to 1/2 again and went to hot then to 1/2 again between hot and cold. New thermostat was just installed

Check to see that your coolant level is all the way full.
