The other day my eclipse did not want to start later on in the night it started then I drove it and it shut off on me and wouldnt start up again. When you try to start the vehicle it sounds like it is going to start but the rpm gauge doesnt move and it wont kick over. I had the ignition coil replaced and I talked to a few people who said it could be the camshaft sensor or the crankshaft sensor I was trying to see if there was a way I could tell which one it is or if you know which one so I dont have to guess thank you

In your problem id say its the crankshaft yes cuz the camshaft only moves the pistions up and down and the crankshaft actuly cranks the engine to start
