My wife was driving our car and stopped at a red light when someone came up to her and told he all of the oil was on the ground. She turned it off and had it pushed to a lot. Come to find out all the oil had leaked out and the transmision fluid was gone. I put 4 quarts of oil and some transmission fluid in it and let it run. The car wouldn't catch a gear and the oil flowed out again. Can you tell me what the problem could be.

Engine oil and transmission fluid don't see one another under the hood. For your model, the oil reside in the oil pan on the passenger side. And your transmission fluid in on the driver side in the transmission pan.

If you are losing both oil and ATF both at the same time, the car must have hit something hard enough to crack both oil and transmission pans. You may want to raise the vehicle and go under it and check both oil and transmission pan for damages.
