I found the Parts Breakdown and Diagrams for the Heater on-line, and Ordered a Control Relay PART #4 as shown in the Diagram of the Blower Housing. (LINK BELOW)
https://www.mitsubishiparts.com/oe_parts_catalog.html

I see the part in the Picture, and I believe it gives infinite speed control to the blower by controlling the ground connection to the Blower Motor. The Climate Control Computer seems OK and the Blower runs at full speed if I connect one lead to Ground Directly.

The problem is... I Removed the entire Glove Box, as well as the Blower Housing, Fan and Motor..

UNFORTUNATELY, I cannot find the faulty RELAY to replace it.

It's a round Relay with 4 Contacts and it appears to plug-in somewhere.

I completely removed the Glove Box and traced the wiring harnesses as best I could and STILL cannot locate the Relay.

On the BOX.It is labeled:
SORENSON 41-5002

On the body of the Relay it it says:
RELAY M4
90987-02004
056700-4810

I know about THAT relay.
That one is the OFF/ON relay
It is a SQUARE relay and plugs into the fuse box.

I checked IT. IT works FINE

The one I described is SHOWN in the DIAGRAM.
It's ROUND and NOT in the FUSEBOX

The Ground is routed through this relay to give infinite variable speed control to the Blower Motor.

It is controlled by the Climate Control Computer and isn't in the FUSEBOX.

IF you don't know where it's located. Please refund My donation.

What you have is the power resistor and it is inside heater blower box. So box needs to be removed and split to gain acess.
