I have my Mitsubishi chariot gdi. The engine once overheated and mixed oil and water in the oil sump(whitish milky colour). I sent the cylinder head for machine work and fitter the cyl head with a new head gasket as well. Now when I crank the engine it makes a sound as if it's about to start but it won't. As I crank the engine light goes off

Hello,

Does the neigne have compression is sounds like you have the timing belt off one tooth. This guide has the same engine.

This guide can help as well
