Well a kid shifted his car into 2 in a automatic and drove like that for like four miles and didnt have any oil when he got home and has a huge hole in the bottom some where and I didnt know if it would be worth buying he is sellling it for 500 dollars how much do you think it would cost to fix or replace

Hi there,

I would not get involved with this car, I feel that the transmission will only be the tip of the iceberg so to speak as far repairs are concerned, but if you really want it, you would be better off getting a price from a local transmission shop for a change over trans as this one will not be worth repairing.
