Miss fire

Ok, so I got a code PO306
It's a miss fire on cylinder 6
I have replaced spark plugs, coil Paks and the injector to cylinder 6 and I'm still getting the same code PO306 and feel the miss fire
And idea what it could be?

Have you checked for spark and the compression readings of cylinder 6yet?
