No vacuum leaks. Only current code is p0304. Have replaced all six coils and
plugs. Removed catalytic converter because I was getting a code that it was
clogged. Did a complete visual inspection of everything. No fuel in the
vacuum line to fuel regulator. Did a oil change and added some rislone. I put
some premium in the gas tank. It does have almost 300k miles. Runs just fine
on the highway. Have not been able to check fuel pressure yet. No service
port. Will ohm test injectors tomorrow.

Check compression Misfires are very hard to diagnose on the DIY level. A scanner should be used on freeze frame first then a fuel pressure check by gauge. Don't bother with injector just yet do the easier things first.

Compression is not good but I imagine it has been this way for awhile. 90psi on all six cyl. And leaks down immediately. Five injectors are at 10.5 ohms and one is 9.3. Have not checked fuel pressure yet as there is no service port. I am a diy'er but I do have experience. I was an ase certified tech for seven years back in the day and ive worked on cars since I was 14. Thats why im so dumbfounded. I cannot figure this one out. Taking off it will spit and spudder. Sometimes sounds like its running on three cylinders. Get above 40mph it runs like a top. No missing, has power. What am I missing.

And there is alot of water coming out of the exhaust. I know its water and not anti freeze. I tasted it. And its not the normal condensation its quite a bit of water.

You answered your own question, low compression low resistance on one injector which I bet is #4 and a lot of water from exhaust probably a blown /leaky head gasket.

Then why does it run just fine at higher speeds? And the weak injector is number one not four.

Because the load on the engine isn't as great. Maybe low fuel pressure as well which I asked for you to do.
