Misfire cylinder three, ignition coil codes?

My car had a slight misfire at first. Check engine light on, threw a misfire and m.A.S code, I've got a new MAFS, new coil pack, new plugs and wires. But now it sounds worse and misfires more.

Hello, what codes were you getting and what codes are you getting now? And the Mass air flow sensor, coil pack and plugs that were replaced, where did the parts come from? Was it dealer parts or aftermarket, ie AutoZone. Advance Auto etc?
And do you know if this is a Flex Fuel vehicle and a dual overhead camshafts or single? Or you can provide the VIN and we can look the vehicle up from that.
