now I have multiple misfires?

It was running perfectly fine but I wanted to change spark plugs well I did the drivers side first then I had to run down the street it ran perfect then I changed the passenger side and now I have multiple misfires

Yes, this can happen when one or more of the spark plugs have been cracked while installing them, did you use a spark plug socket? Spark plugs are fragile so they can be damaged while being installed. I would remove the spark plug and inspect them. Also, I would change out the spark plug wires and possibly the ignition coil pack. Please let me know what you find.
