I have a 2001 highlander that coded miss fire's on 2, 4, and 6 with a coil code as bad. I changed all the coils and plugs and still getting multipul miss fire and cylinder 2 mis fire. What else could the problem be?

Codes don't tell you what to change or what is bad. They merely record a specific situation that the technician has to diagnose.
What are the exact code numbers being set now and what are the symptoms?

Are those codes current? Did you clear everything after the last repair?

You must have a wiring or PCM problem. I'd start looking for a bad connector somewhere in the harness that feeds those coils. You're also setting a VVT code.

Decided to get a diagnostic check to see if it might be the VVT. All wiring and connections look good. Thanks for your help

Somebody is going to need a lab scope to track down where that is happening.
