Mild engine noise

The engine has never been opened since it was new. It still can run up to 135 km/hour in highway smoothly and with good power.

Do I need to have the valves clearance adjusted or bring it to a good shop for maintenance check?

I need your thoughts about it being an expert on these matter.

I see you have a mild noise? If you do, can you upload a video of the noise so I can hear it? I want to hear what you hear to be sure it is not anything major.
