Misfire on number one spark plug

Between 1500 and 2000 rpm's the car starts misfiring. Check engine light comes on had it checked it said it is misfiring from spark plug one. Changed coil pack, spark plugs and wires. Cannot figure it out.

Swap fuel injector number one and number two and see if the misfire goes to number two cylinder. If it does then you have a faulty injector. If number one still misfires then you will need to do a running compression test to check for a bad valve which would end up requiring a valve job.
