Hi there,

we try to get to every question that has been a donation, but some time we just slip up, so now you have our attention, how can I help, and if I can't I will pass it on to another moderator why can assist you.

Hi there,

I have just located your question, I would be checking the transmission oil level and condition, if the oil is dark and smells burnt, I would be getting it serviced first. If low on fluid, check for any leaks, I am not that familiar with these transmissions, but it may have a problem in the torque converter lock up clutch, this is like trying to drive a manual car off in top gear, have a word to a transmission specialist and discuss these issues with them, I feel that there is nothing practicable that you can do your self apart from what has already been mentioned.

P.S. We are looking into a better method of identifying donated questions, so this won't happen in the future.
