I recently bought a 2004 Mercury Sable LS with 24 V Dohc engine and it has a keyless entry. I bought the car at Auto Exhange and it didnot come with a remote and also it did not come with the code for the keyless entry. Where can I find the code for the keyless entry, and whom should I get a remote from because it suppuse to come with one but they didn't give me one.

Both can be had at the dealer. You may need to take in the VIN# and registration to get the code for the keyless entry. The remotes will have to be programmed to the car. They can give you a "permanent factory code" for the key pad. The you can program your own code-
1-enter permanent factory code
2-press the 1/2 button within 5 seconds to enter programming mode
3-within 5 seconds enter new code, doors will lock, unlock to verify code, this erases previous codes

the remotes will also need to be programmed.
1-insert key, turn ignition off-to- on eight times in succession, ending with key in on position doors will lock, unlock to verify in programming mode
2- Press any button on new remote, doors will lock, unlock to verify
3-Do the previous step with the second remote, doors will lock unlock to verify.
4- turn ignition off. Doors will again lock, unlock to verify
