1999 Mercury Sable inner tie rod ends

I'm looking to replace the inner tie rod ends on my 99 mercury sable. I was going to replace the complete rack and pinion but it's not available, so my question is how to replace the inner tie rod ends. The service manual really don't explain the process all that well.

Require special tool
jack and support car
remove tire
loosen nut between inner and outer tie rod
remove outer tie rod hold down nut and remove outer tie rod
remove nut, inner tie boot
use tool and remove inner tie rod

need manual CHECK IT @
