1999 Mercury Sable fuses

Where are the fuses located that would keep the engine from starting? It cranks fine but before I do the Cam Pos. Sensor I would like to make sure its not a fuse that you say will keep it from starting, or mif it is a fuse would it crank?

Bad Cam sensor would set a code but engine should start
Check for codes
check for spark
check for injector pulse
check coil
with key on should have check engine light on if not use a test light and check fuses and relay
