1999 Mercury Sable 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My used vehicle did not come with an owners manual and I have a fuse out to my cigarette lighter. None of the fuses are marked and I don't know how to tell which one it is.

I don't have a list. However, if you shine a flashlight on each fuse, you should be able to see if one is bad. If for some reason you can't see a bad one, remove them one at a time and check them.
