door ajar light stays on and all doors are closed good

Very very common. Use wd 40 on all door latches and open and shut them rapidly. There is a switch on the latch that gets gummed up and stickys telling the car the door is open. Its usually the door least used. Do not, do not use grease on latches, wd40 only
